Its been a really long long time
since we walked through the hills
our shadows in the moonlight
we were victims of free will

you would close your eyes and whisper
will i hold your hands forever
and my eyes will gently sparkle
saying we will be together

time is such a punisher
and the distance makes me tremble
it was so much like a fairytale
well fate is just a gamble

but the hills still stay
and the moon still shines
waiting for us they talk to each other

and my eyes sometime sparkle
